1General Terms of Use for the sivp2 Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and sivp2 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs all aspects of use of the sivp2.org website and all services offered under the sivp2 brand.

Sivp2 operates as an online betting and casino platform offering a wide range of gaming products including slots, live casino, sports betting, e-sports, and instant games. All services are subject to the terms stated herein.

This Agreement is written in both Bahasa Melayu and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall serve as the definitive reference.

2User Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to the sivp2 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. sivp2 takes seriously its responsibility to ensure this platform is only accessible to those who are legally and age-eligible.

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age or above to register and use the sivp2 platform. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. sivp2 does not permit underage users to register, play, or conduct any financial transactions on our platform.

If sivp2 determines that any account was registered or used by a minor, that account will be terminated immediately and all balances will be forfeited in accordance with established procedures.

Location Requirements

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the sivp2 platform complies with the laws of the region or state in which they reside. sivp2 is not liable for any violations of local laws committed by users.

• Only one account is permitted per individual, household, and IP address.
• Sivp2 reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time.
• Users who attempt to register multiple accounts will be subject to disciplinary action.

3Account Registration and KYC Process

The sivp2 account registration process is designed to ensure platform security and integrity. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. sivp2 is not responsible for any issues arising from the submission of false or incomplete information.

Registration Details

During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active phone number. This information is used to verify your identity and secure your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

4Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

Deposit Methods

Sivp2 accepts deposits via FPX, DuitNow, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, debit card, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit is MYR 30 for most payment methods. sivp2 does not charge any additional fees for deposits made.

Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal of funds is processed within 5 to 15 minutes for most payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must complete full KYC verification.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit.
• Sivp2 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits vary depending on your account level and VIP status.
• Any suspicious withdrawal attempts will be investigated before processing.
• Sivp2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Currency

The primary currency used on sivp2 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players transacting in other currencies will have the prevailing exchange rate applied at the time of processing.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Sivp2 offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before winnings derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

Promotion Results

Sivp2's decisions regarding the eligibility and payout of any bonus are final. sivp2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Game Rules and Integrity

Sivp2 is committed to ensuring that all games on our platform are conducted fairly, transparently, and in accordance with international industry standards. All games utilise a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent third-party audit bodies.

Game Fairness

All game outcomes on sivp2 are entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party. sivp2 does not guarantee wins to any player and is not liable for any losses incurred during play.

Technical Disruption

In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during an active game, sivp2 will settle the bet based on the game data stored on our servers at the time of the disruption. sivp2's decision in such cases is final.

• Any attempt to exploit technical errors or system bugs is strictly prohibited.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7Account Security and Password

• Do not log in to your sivp2 account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.

8Prohibited Activities

Sivp2 maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, abuse, and illegal activity on our platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without compensation:

• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.
• Multiple Accounts: Owning or operating more than one account on sivp2.
• Money Laundering: Using sivp2 for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus system vulnerabilities or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of Bots or Automation Software: Using any automated software to play, process bets, or conduct transactions.
• Hacking or System Intrusion: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to sivp2 systems or exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Unauthorized Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or Live Casino games.

9Account Suspension and Termination

Sivp2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account for reasons stated in these terms or at sivp2's sole discretion. Users may also request to close their own account at any time.

Suspension by sivp2

Accounts may be temporarily suspended during an investigation. During the suspension period, access to the account, deposits, and withdrawals will be restricted. sivp2 will notify users of the reason for suspension via their registered email, provided it does not compromise the investigation.

Termination by User (Self-Closure)

If you wish to close your sivp2 account, whether for personal reasons or as part of responsible gaming, you may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. All valid balances in your account will be returned once the verification process is complete.

• Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.
• Users who have set a self-exclusion limit must wait until the relevant period expires before they can re-register.

10sivp2 Liability Limits

Sivp2 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will always be available without interruption. While sivp2 makes every effort to ensure platform availability at all times, technical disruptions, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Under no circumstances shall sivp2 be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the sivp2 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated profits or income.
• Loss of data or information.
• Device damage resulting from downloading or accessing the sivp2 platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties in connection with our services.

Sivp2's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Sivp2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. However, sivp2 will endeavour to inform users of material changes via email or in-platform notifications.
